Product Introduction

The Small Centrifugal Spray Dryer is designed for laboratory testing, pilot production, small-batch production, and industrial powder processing. It can rapidly convert liquid materials such as solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and slurries into dry powder.

The liquid feed is atomized into fine droplets by a high-speed centrifugal atomizer. The fine droplets come into direct contact with heated air inside the drying chamber, allowing moisture to evaporate rapidly and producing uniform, free-flowing powder.

Working Principle

The liquid material is continuously delivered to the high-speed centrifugal atomizer through the feeding system.

The atomizer rotates at high speed and disperses the liquid into fine droplets inside the drying chamber. At the same time, filtered air is heated and introduced into the drying chamber.

The atomized droplets come into direct contact with hot air, causing rapid evaporation of moisture. The liquid feed is converted into dry powder within a short period of time.

The dried powder is collected from the bottom of the drying chamber and through the powder collection system.
